Saadhya trains children in various special Olympics sports. Every year nearly 5 to 8 children participate in national level sports from both the centers
Saadhya offers wide range of sports and programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Here are some of the sports and activities typically trained

1. Young Athletes: A sports program for children with intellectual disabilities aged 2-7.
2. Motor Activities Training Program (MATP): A program for individuals with severe intellectual disabilities.
3. Unified Sports: A program that brings together athletes with and without intellectual disabilities to compete together.
The Special Olympics at Saadhya provides opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, and experience joy and friendship through sports.
In 2019 , three students from Saadhya represented India at Special Olympics World Games held at Abu Dhabi and brought back 9 medals to the nation. They were awarded with 15 Laksh rupees cash prize from Ministry of Youth affairs and sports.
